Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Omaha, NE

 

Job Description:

·         Manage multiple tracks in Agile execution.

·         Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

·         Work with the both track SDET leads to ensure overall delivery on track

·         Capacity planning

·         Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals

·         Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

·         Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

Required Skillsets:

·         Demonstrated success working in Agile environments and enterprise banking

·         Must has prior experience as Scrum master

·         Jira knowledge is must

·         Present the status reports with Risk/Issue mitigation plan.

·         Use and continually develop leadership skills
