Job Description:

·         5 years or more experience working as a Business Analyst
Elicit functional and technical requirements to support a new online

·         Undergraduate degree, develop process maps, and systems integration diagrams.

·         Assisting with future state business processes such as recruitment, admissions, learning credentialing and access to learning systems,

·         Academic Systems integrations include the University student information system (Oracle Campus Solutions), Salesforce CRM, identity access and management/credentialing,

·         Canvas learning management and other learning management systems that support learning at a distance.

 

Scope:

·         Work is exclusively for the development and launch of the Online Undergraduate Degree Program.

                       ·         May include learning business systems functionality such as Salesforce and                             the student information system.
