Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location:  SanJose, CA//Plano, TX

Need Local’s and Near by.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Interview Mode: Phone and Skype

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ø  Compare and analyze data and processes between CRM systems.

Ø  Complete or oversee tasks relate to data validation, compensation tracking, process mapping or other related Salesforce.com activities.

Ø  Partner with business process owners and IT representatives at all levels to gather and document business requirements for key salesforce.com integration initiatives

Ø  Maintain frequent communication with business process owners to ensure changes to SFDC and CPQ are consistent with business needs

Ø  Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies

Ø  Develop operational measurements to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges

Ø  Create key documentation – Requirements, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Test Scripts
