1️⃣ Mainframe Software Engineer – Westlake, TX OR Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Seeking Mainframe Software Engineers with 8+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe development within high-volume transactional environments. Strong expertise in Enterprise COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, and Embedded SQL is required. Candidates should have hands-on experience designing and developing secure batch and online applications on IBM z/OS, optimizing DB2 databases, writing and managing complex JCL streams, performance tuning, debugging using Xpeditor, InterTest, File-AID, Dump Analysis, and exposing mainframe services through z/OS Connect or MQ Series. Experience with Assembler/EZTrieve is a plus. Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or Logistics domain experience is highly preferred.

2️⃣ Lead Performance Engineer / Architect – Austin, TX OR Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Seeking Lead Performance Engineers/Architects with 12+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and enterprise application scalability. Strong expertise in Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, Gatling, DataDog, Dynatrace, API Performance Testing, and CI/CD integration is required. Candidates should have experience designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing, building performance frameworks, testing Next.js, REST/SOAP APIs, analyzing bottlenecks, monitoring system performance (CPU, Memory, JVM, I/O, Network), and collaborating with DevOps teams to optimize application performance. Experience with Jenkins, Git, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON/XML, and cloud-based applications is highly preferred.
