Must Have Skills: 

 

8+ years of experience of Development and support 

Strong core java, design patterns, servlets

Strong RESTful web services development knowledge and experience

MVC frameworks like Struts (Struts 2.0 a big plus)

Exposure to front end technologies like jQuery, AJAX, Java Script

Design, development, unit testing experience

IDE – Eclipse/ IBM RAD

Experience working on high volume ecommerce sites – Please check

Basic knowledge on analyzing any performance issues of the application

Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environment

 

Soft skills

Good communication skills, analytical skills, written and oral skills
