Position 3 – Java AWS Lead
Location – Seattle, WA (with current situation, initially they will start remote)

·        Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

·        10yrs or more years of software development experience with Core Java Technologies.

·        5yrs or more years of experience in leading teams.

·        5yrs or more years of experience in AWS services.

·        Experience of using AWS services like S3, DyanamoDB , RDS , etc.

·        Experience in building products from scratch.

·        Sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies.

·        Should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.

·        Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and algorithms.

·        Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, and Python

·        Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers

·        Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

·        Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

·        Experience building multi-threading distributed systems.
