JOB SCOPE:

This is Immediate and urgent opportunity, we are looking for A Payment Integrity Application.

This is a need for 270/271 analyst who can decode & define a 270/271 record/mapping. This is high priority project that we’re looking to start ASAP.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Payment Integrity TPL group is looking for a Technical Business Analyst for a 6-month contract in Nashville, TN.  The role will require technical experience and understanding of both 270 and 271 transactions.  Solid mapping process understanding with regard to healthcare and interfacing is essential.  Responsibilities will include translating and mapping field specific data to our client’s application, thorough understanding of business requirements relative to specific staging and interfacing EDI specifications.  You will be embedded and work closely with the business, gather and define requirements and create design specifications based on those user requirements and working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.  This is a very dynamic healthcare insurance group and a sharp team working with very interesting new technology. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•           Solid understanding of healthcare EDI processes and stages as well as interfacing with 270/271 transaction formats

•           Understand of Healthcare data (i.e., claim records, providers, insured/policyholder/member, etc.) is preferred

•           Be able to clearly communicate with the business to obtain their requirements

•           Practical experience working in with Agile & SCRUM

•           Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the application

•           Be able to complete work on-time based on existing schedule

•           Define and document business requirements including technical design specifications, including writing User Stories in Jira

•           Develop and implement functional test cases to validate that the business requirements have been successfully met

•           Understanding of FTP and API connections

•           Ideally having exposure to AWS

•           Experience with tools such as Excel, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Wiki
