REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

* The IT Program/Senior Project Manager will be supporting a multi-year global initiative.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively using proven program and project management skills are a must.

* Minimum of seven years combined experience in large scale HCM program and project management required – others need not apply.

* Experience working with global business and IT teams – some degree of schedule flexibility may be necessary to ensure appropriate execution synergies are established and sustained.

* Proven ability to establish and maintain credibility, velocity and relationships with customers, leadership and project team members.

* Using HCM expertise, this individual will develop, manage and report on program and project plans and schedules at both high and detailed levels, this includes monitoring and tracking deliverables and key dates for third party solutions that are integral to the delivery of the program.

* Strong project financial management skills are needed to ensure hours and costs are planned and captured weekly and with traceability over time – this will require rigorous attention to detail and advanced use of excel.
