Role: Database Lead

Location: Redmond , WA

 

Job Description :

Expected to have following :

• Experience to handle demanding technical customer
• Strong communication skills to interact and influence stakeholders across various business groups and other vendor teams
• Understand business ecosystem and drive the product roadmap discussions
• Experience working with offshore team

• Guide the team on business requirements, clarifications and solving customer issues
• Daily interaction/calls with IST friendly time

• Readiness to pick up any new technical skills as & when required for the project
• Good to have :

• Know-how of Incentive operations  

Required Skills :

• 8-10 years of Microsoft SQL experience
• Experience in designing automation solutions & Database/schema
• Should be able to understand and enhance complex calculation logic
• Good SSIS knowledge (including package creation, deployment, job creation etc.)
• Proven skills for performance optimization across complex SQL solutions
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Azure Data factory and Azure Data Lake – at least intermediate level (if not proficient)
• Power BI, Power Apps, MS Flow  – Good to have
• Git Repository
• DevOps CI-CD
