Job Description:
- Business Operations PM profile with experience defining business requirements and developing scenario focused approach to requirements gathering
- Should have experience executing business operations for large multinational corporations like Microsoft
- Strong experience generating monthly reports, ticket management and streamlining process
- Strong skills in identifying process gaps by segmenting data and analyzing patters
- Must have Strong Excel skills (Power Pivot and Power Query essential)
- Good to have knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI
- Able to communicate effectively with both engineering, operations team and business partners
- Past experience managing multi-million dollar partner programs will be an advantage
