- support to build product vision, architecture and roadmap planning, POCs strategy and planning,
- capacity and budget management, stakeholder and account management, influencing & negotiation,
- multi-level communication upto 'C' level, pre-sales (RFPs),
- offshore center management, vendor management, operations management (start/lead/build etc),
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Iterative, SAFe), lean management, continuous improvement.
