Job Description:
 Experience developing in: C#, ASP.NET, MVC.NET (5 years);
• Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio;
• Experience working with business on requirements clarification and design
• Experience with Bootstrap (preferred);
• Experience with jQuery (preferred);
• Experience with HTML/XHTML (preferred);
• Experience with XML (preferred);
• Experience with Web Services – REST, SOAP (preferred);
• Experience with SOAPUI (preferred);
• Experience with SQL Databases (preferred);
• Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server), Visual Studio Team Services (preferred);
• Experience with Javascript (preferred);
• Experience with Entity Framework – ORM (preferred);
• Experience with Project Management (preferred);
• Experience with the Department’s Child Support web applications (preferred);
• Experience in Change Management, Capacity Management, Release Management, Configuration Management and other ISO/ITIL related processes (preferred);
• Knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Analysis, Physical and Logical design, Resource Planning, Code development, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance (preferred);
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field or equivalent work experience of one (1) year system’s experience for each year of education; or one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education.
