Greetings timeless-building-folk - 

A fellow named Gary Zuker was inspired by APL, and built a house outside of Austin, TX.  He wrote a few new patterns along the way, working to capture some of what he learned.  

Recently, he reached out to Nikos, and Nikos referred him onward.  I asked him to put some of his work up on PlacePatterns.  You can see 3 of the 12 patterns that he wrote up there now.  More en-route, if there's good response.

Strangely, I've found myself in Berkeley, CA.  

My fiancee lived here, and we were drawn back.
