The Freedom Classic is almost here!!!

 

The Band Boosters and many volunteers are already working hard to make sure everything goes smoothly.

 

Attached is a master list of everyone who is signed up to work at the Freedom Classic. Please check to make sure your time is correct. If you signed up and do not see your name, call me asap. If you know someone who is willing to work and you do not see their name, txt me their name and number and I will give them a call.

 

We still need help with the following volunteer times on Saturday. Call or text me, Lisa Dean at 828.443.1424 to claim a time!

 

Baked Goods  -                                                 11-1pm                 1 person

 

Band Office/Dressing Room monitor –   1 person for each of these slots:  11-1, 3-5, 5-7, 7-9

 

Concession Stand –                                         10:30 – 11:00  - 1 person

                                                                                11-1pm                 4 people             

                                                                                5-7                          1 person

                                                                                7-9                          5 people

                                                                                9 – 10:30              4 people

                                                                                10:30 – until        4 people to help clean-up

 

Pizza and Drink Trailer                                    7-9                          2 people

 

Ticket Booth – Lower Gate                          1 person for each of these slots:  11-2, 2-4, 4-6, 6-8

 

 

Please remember to bring at least 4 cases of canned drinks by Friday

 

Bring individually wrapped baked goods on Friday or Saturday morning

 

Bring soups, finger sandwiches, appetizers, etc to serve at the hospitality tent
