Summer Rehearsals and Updates

Good morning!  I hope every ones summer is going well.  I trust that you are getting some much needed rest and relaxation.  With that being said...its time for us to start up again and I am really excited to get going. 

 

Last week you should have received a packet in the mail with a letter about upcoming activities (Band Camp, Boosters, etc.), information about summer rehearsal times, and a flyer for you Preview Show.  Please note that band camp times will run to 6:00pm.  I apologize for the difference in times on the letter and calendar.

 

Our summer rehearsals will start up tomorrow.  Color guard and percussion will be from 9:00am-12:00pm and brass/woodwind players will be from 1:00pm-4:00pm.  We are planning to do some marching indoors so please wear tennis shoes.  Any color guard or percussion member that can not make it please notify me before rehearsal tomorrow.

 

Additional emails will be sent out to groups of people with additional information.  If you are a part of the leadership team, percussion, color guard you will be receiving an additional email today.  Please check to make sure that you get it.

 

Our next band booster meeting will be on August 1st at 7:00pm.  If you signed up to be a part of the booster organization this year you will be receiving information within the next few days in a separate email.  Thank you for your support of our program.

 

I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.  This is the start to what I really believe is going to be a strong year.  Let's work hard from the beginning and make it the best ever.  Thanks everyone!
