BBQ Dinner

Good afternoon.  I want to share some details about our upcoming BBQ on May 3rd.  We are really excited about this and it seems to be going over very well. 

 

We are doing this fundraiser at St. Charles Catholic Church on West Union Street on May 3rd from 11:00am-7:00pm.  Tickets are $7 each.  We will have some dinners available for walk-ups without a ticket, but these will be limited.  Please see below about group orders and delivery.  The BBQ dinner will consist of chopped pork BBQ, roll, slaw, baked beans, and chips.  The BBQ is being cooked by Ronnie Hicks, who has done the food for our Band Banquet for the past several years.

 

Tickets are available in the band office if you need any additional tickets.  Students are responsible for the tickets they take.  If they do not sell the tickets they must be returned.  All money, group orders, and unsold tickets need to be turned in by Monday of next week.

 

We are offering group orders (10 meals or more per group order) for businesses, schools, or other organizations that would like to have lunch delivered to them.  Delivery will be for lunch only.  Groups may use the group order form that I have attached to this email instead of buying individual tickets.  All that you have to do is fill out the form with the organization's name, the preferred delivery time, the name of the individuals buying BBQ, and the amount of money collected.  Send that in to the band office by Monday and we will make sure to have your BBQ to you on May 3rd.

 

If you are available and would like to volunteer on May 3rd we can use your help.  Please contact me if you are willing to do help out with this project.
