Graduation

Good morning everyone.  I hope your exams are going well and you are about to finish up.  Here are a few reminders about graduation coming up this weekend.  Seniors...CONGRATULATIONS!

 

We will be participating in graduation practice tomorrow morning.  Please be in the band room ready to play by 8:00am.  With the weather potentially being an issue this weekend it is going to be important that we are on time and ready to make adjustments if necessary.  Practice should be finished up by 10:00am tomorrow morning.  We will have music for everyone including everything.

 

On Saturday we will meet in the band room at 7:30am.  Remember that traffic will be much heavier Saturday morning so please plan to get here early.  The band room will be open by 7:00am.  Wear light colored dress clothes for the ceremony.  Please do not wear shorts.  Again, with the weather being a possibly issue we need to be prepared to make adjustments.

 

Seniors, I would like for you to participate in practice with us tomorrow.  I know you guys haven't played in a while, so it will be a good idea to play Friday morning.  Make sure that you make arrangements to get your instrument to where it needs to be for Friday and Saturday.
