Band Updates 5-13-13

Hello everyone!  I hope the beginning of your week has been great.  Here are a few updates for everyone about the concert tomorrow evening and a few other things.

 

I would like to invite everyone to our concert tomorrow evening.  We have a really great program lined up for you and I know you are going to really enjoy it.  The program will start at 7:00pm and the cost will be $5 for adults and $3 for children.  If any alumni are interested in joining The Wind Ensemble to play the Alma Mater please let me know.  I will email you a copy of the music and you are welcome to join us!

 

Please turn in your contracts and forms for next year.  We are really ahead of the game on show design, however that requires that we finalize our numbers earlier.  It is very important that you get those forms turned in on time by May 31st.  If students need an additional copy they are located in the band room.  Due to all of them being color coded I am not got to email them.

 

We will have a band booster meeting on Thursday night of this week.  Our executive board will be meeting at 6:00pm followed by a regular general meeting at 7:00pm in the band room.  We will be voting on officers for next year and we encourage you to come out to the meeting.
