not "top-down" is key to success
Dear Patriots,
The Sea of Locusts campaign is designed to amass an army of committed patriots to penetrate into every neighborhood and community with the message of limited government and commitment to individual liberty. Relationship, not issues and
principles:
Sadly, most voters don't vote on issues, policies, and principles
in the electoral process. Rather, they decide on relationship developed
with political leaders and the social context of their neighbors and friends
over a long period of time. The radical socialists are well schooled in
this art of political organization. Now, patriots must learn to employ a
"relationship" based approach as well.
Canvassing
is not enough:
Conducting a successful grassroots voter outreach campaign begins with
canvassing door-to-door. However, this is not enough by itself, because
no effective relationship is gained from just one contact like
this.
Learning
the Lesson:
After canvassing once, you must go back many times to develop a genuine
working relationship with voters. This can only be done by local people
who can visit and associate with the voters many times on a regular
basis. When information is acquired it must be entered into a
reliable database that can be controlled and accessed easily by the local
person responsible in each precinct.
Grassroots Database
Management:
The typical GOP database system is "top-down" so that
canvassers have little direct knowledge about the actual people in the
database, whether they are still there; who are their family members; what
issues interest them, and other personal matters that can only be gained from
direct face-to-fact contact over time. The solution is a grassroots
database that can be managed and controlled directly by the canvass leader in
each precinct.
In the Sea of Locusts
approach, a special grassroots database management system has been devised for
this purpose. Now, a local canvass leader enters his own data, and
can access this for follow up in many useful ways. The data from
each precinct is then uploaded to a main server, so that all this data is
combined and accessible at the county, city, or state level as well. Take

The grassroots database system is especially
important and useful in jurisdictions which have been heavily indoctrinated
with the lies and illusion of radical socialism; and the mind-set of
indifference and discouragement in politics for many years.
