What a paradox! We should be celebrating the achievement of a law
which encourages mediation and sadly this is the kind of thing we have
seen before and it is absolutely unhelpful in terms of getting
mediation going in a country. Very disappointing. It is a blow but not
fatal and if you all concentrate on building your practice BUT remain
a coherent team of mediators you can be a force to be reckoned with.
