Poor time management is one of the main reasons why people
fail as entrepreneurs. The problem is that there are no fixed
rules and there are almost as many solutions as people.
However, there are rules greatly helping to find the right
time mangement solution for everyone seeking effective
and profitable work discipline.
There are not many tools you may need to improve your time
management habits and skills.
The following three simple tools are inexpensive and can
help you track, plan and organize your time easier and less
burdensome.
1. Diary/Time Management Journal: you can have this one
in both the digital and traditional editions. It is useful
in helping you to monitor and record your own use of time,
in order to identify key areas where you need to change
your time spending habits.
While a special journal is not needed, you may find that
a ready made format or application can save you time
by doing the majority of the tasks for you before you

2. Planner: again these are available in digital and
traditional formats. Planners are wonderful for recording
goals, making notes, keeping track of appointments and more.
A planner is a must-have to help you stay organized and
on target, when working toward your goals.

track of a number of appointments and daily goals, but
that is small enough so that you are able to carry it

3. Organizer: These can be useful for planning a specific

emails her next day's tasks and deadlines to herself by
