I would like to recommend that we no longer distribute food from the Southbridge warehouse and that all remaining food be donated to Food Share in Southbridge. Does anyone object?
Thank you,
Bonnie

Hi Bonnie,
I don’t have a problem with that. If someone calls looking for food, they can be referred to Food Share, right? Should a notice be given? Can a notice be posted on the inside of the window to refer people to other locations?
Mindy
Good points, Mindy. I will be happy to post a notice. I’ve spoken to Ray Fournier (Food Share President) and he is willing to accept the donations. He has informed me that many of the folks affected by the tornadoes have accessed Food Share. My concern is that the food will expire before it is distributed if it remains at the warehouse. I do not think that is the intent of those who contributed.
There were five recipients 9/1 and none on 9/8.
Kind regards,
