Consider the Geo Dataset 'Stromal molecular signatures of breast and prostate cancer' (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE26910). It says in the overall design that there are 12 samples of prostrate stroma and 12 samples of breast stroma. From https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSM662759, we will be able to get 24 columns and clicking on each of the links (from Samples section) we will be able to get Log2 RMA signal values. Is there any method by which I can calculate Z-score normalization for the whole 24 samples? I have asked this here since I was unable to find other community for this.
