Is the API down?

I had a script using the api and I think the API may be down? Previously the code

r = requests.get("https://www.pathwaycommons.org/pc2/top_pathways?q=LEP").text

worked just fine however now it returns an error?

Is there anything that I am doing wrong or is the API down? 

Also when I'm on the home page and click on the pathways example box it returns an error
