Query related to PCViz search tool

Hello,

I have been trying to access the gene database through the PCViz search toolbar but I am unable to get any search results; with an error code of "The results are unavailable due to an internal error."

I would appreciate if anyone has faced a similar issue and could help troubleshoot.
