importing PC RDF to GraphDB

Hi all,
I'm trying to import the full pathwaycommons owl into my local GraphDB server but it keeps crashing.
I have made sure this isn't a GraphDB error and also configured the memory to be 12 GB so that's not a problem.
This is the file I'm trying to import: https://www.pathwaycommons.org/archives/PC2/v12/PathwayCommons12.All.BIOPAX.owl.gz
Any recommendations? Any way to upload it in smaller batches?
