Pathway Commons Release October 2009

A new Pathway Commons release with new improved search functionality is now available at www.pathwaycommons.org

Improvements in this release:

* new search tabs to specify pathway or protein searches

* wild card searches (e.g. retino*)

* improved search results display for pathways and protein searches

* improved display of filter options and filter summary

Future releases will include:

* Support for BioPAX level 3 and new data sources
