Dear Andy,

Please see attached, about Glaxo and Roche, just uploaded by BMJ. It says very clearly why we cannot trust the companies when they declare with great fanfare that they will allow independent researchers access to their data. They won't; it's window dressing. It also explains why clinical study reports and patient-level data are of vital importance for public health in relation to the Trials Directive.
