Question about Vampiric Bloodline power for Sorcerer - Pathfinder

With the Vampiric Bloodline power it says it gives me Slam as a natural touch attack of 1d6 +1 Bleed to any mortal every round until healed.. The ability in question is also listed under Vampiric Touch (SU) which is the part I'm not sure about.. the power of Vampiric Touch is basically " I must succeed on a melee touch attack and my touch deals 1d6 points of damage per 2 caster levels and I gain temporary hit points equal to the damage I deal" I can cast this ability a number of times per day equal to 3+ my Charisma modifier. So I'm wondering is this a package deal of both of these rolled into one? Or do i wait until I get it at level 7? On a side note if these are a package deal and I get a feat which lets me use my Bloodline ability when I make a melee attack with a weapon do I get the Vampiric Touch on top again and leave the Slam bit out?
