Version 0.2.6 of pathfinder released

Hi there,

I've just released and uploaded version 0.2.6 of Pathfinder to the
Google Code site.

This is a small incremental version that fixes one problem Jay Kline
found, that CRLs were being downloaded even when "skip crl check" was
set. (They weren't being *used*, but they were being downloaded.)
I've also improved a couple of error messages to include more
information.

Oops -- I've also added a one-line patch from Patrick that checks the
trusted_store when chasing AIA (instead of just the intermediate_store, as
was previously the case), so the other problem Jay reported should now be fixed.
