Feedback link doesn't provide feedback on actual submission

You really want to have something when you hit submit on feedback
(talking about the link http://www.networkedtraveler.org/feedback.php),
like 'Thank you for submitting feedback!'. All I get when I do it now
is a blank page which doesn't tell me whether or not the survey was
received at all!
