Creating notices instead of assigning cases?

Hello Michael, how do you create a notice without making it a new case? Also I noticed that whenever you click to look at a new assignment it auto assigns the case to me and I end up having to unassign the case. These are issues you might want to look into.

Is this the new software? Basically in answer... I have no idea! Tina has looked at it a lot more than me so far, but I will be happy to take a look.
