I've been trying to compile short films (in MOV and MP4 formats) and burn them to DVD for the Park Circle Film Society's annual shortsfest next Friday and Saturday, and having the worst time of it. A friend tried with Toast on his Mac and got jaggies, though I'm pretty sure few or none of these films are interlaced. I tried on my PC with DVD Flick and got pretty good video, but audio was out of sync. I haven't used the new helpdesk from the nonprofit side yet, only as a volunteer, so thought I'd try here.

Hi, Nicolai -

Why don't you go ahead and post your request on the helpdesk: https://scpath.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new

That way folks will get several reminders(this email AND the helpdesk notification), hopefully getting you a response asap!

Good luck getting everything ready for the shortfest!

cheers - Annette

I actually was contacted this morning from a local techie who is good at this stuff, and he has been helping. Thanks!
