We just got a new ticket from the Carolina Children's Charity.

This comes from Mark Bailey and he says, "I am the treasurer of the
organization. Our web-site is simplistic an outdated. WE NEED HELP.
The address is http://www.carolinachildren.org/. I spoke with Tina
Arnoldi. She suggested we might want to go to a Word Press format."

Anyone up for this one? Ticket #802613

Thanks,

Michael

I signed up for an ecommerce class this semester. Turns out it is a web design class using Microsoft expression. The entire class will be to prepare us to complete a web design project for a small business. I told the instructor about PATH and the non profits. I think there are 35 students looking for a business that needs a web site. Sound interesting?

Sounds fantastic!  What can we do to help facilitate that?

The semester just started so it may be a couple of two or three weeks before we are ready to actually approach a potential business.  I announced the fact that I volunteer for PATH and that we provide free tech support for non profits.  I also mentioned to them that we get a lot of requests for social media and websites.  I would imagine that we will be able to help several non profits as long as they will allow us to do a website using Microsoft Expression 4.   The class is going to teach us how to do the entire process from start to end.  I figure that it might come in handy with PATH stuff as well in the long term.
