I am trying to update this ticket but someone has the record locked.  :)  I sent an e-mail to Renee and she no longer works for this NP.  I wanted to let someone know this in case this is news. Anyway, I added an internal note this evening.  I am wondering why the excel spreadsheet that works could not be uploaded to Google Drive and then Mac users can work on the same spreadsheet on Google Drive.  Maybe I do not have all the pieces to the puzzle here.  I just do not see why we need to recreate the wheel if we do not need to.

Was just updating that too! That is why it was locked.

The problem was the macros. The Mac users were using Numbers, not Excel. And the macros don't work on Google Docs. My recommendation was either to get them Office 2011 for Mac or to get the free, open source Libre Office. Compatible with Office, works with the macros, and is free.

The sharing wasn't the problem (the could use dropbox and such too), it was the macros.
