Has anyone here used Hover.com for domain registration?  I think I have finally reached my breaking point with GoDaddy (same one I reached years ago on hosting) and am looking for an alternative.

Dreamhost has always been great for registration (just not as much with hosting).

Michael,

Matthew Gregg has used hover.com in the past. I've CCed him in case you want to contact him directly.

Good luck,

Adrian

I actually used them for some domain registration and most hosting. Would prefer to keep my hosting separate from DNS though.

What problems have you found with their hosting?  Other than that they are horrible for Drupal - without letting you know why.

No, that was the only problem...

Seems DreamHost is good for WordPress, but horrible for Drupal. Don't know about other software like (ew) Joomla.

Thanks for the Matthew link. I thought I remembered someone around using them.

Im very happy with name.com as a registrar. Clean ui and they dont try to sell me toilet paper on every page.
For hosting i use this amazing company called idea team!
Thanks for asking ;)

I heard those Idea Team people have horrible support though. They all speak with accents... ;)
