A word about no-shows: We've had a big problem with no shows at our
trainings, so we have a new policy. If you have been a no-show in the
past (you know who you are), you can email Lindsey to be on the wait
list. If there are enough people in the class to run or seats left
after regular registration, we'll be glad to add you. Please remember
our volunteers work very hard to provide a service to you.
