Group Interviews - May 8th

Hello AmeriCorps!

 

Want to give you guys a heads up that our first group interview will be held on Wednesday, May 8^th and Carrie and I could use some of your help.  So, what do we need from you?  We need:

 

·         You to report to NJCDC from 10am – 12pm

·         Sit in on the group interview

·         Objectively observe candidates during the session (you will be given a rubric to observe their skill set & personality based on the program’s demands and needs)

·         Debrief with Carrie and I on EACH of the candidates

 

We will need about 5-7 AmeriCorps Members that will help us out. The first to sign up will be the first to be able to sit-in on the group interview.  Should you be interested, please report to NJCDC at 930am to go over the details on the day of.
