Hello All,

It seems like just yesterday you all started your year of service and now, many months later, you all are quickly approaching your 1700 hour mark! Whew! Time flies. With that said I have a few announcements:

1. HOURS: Please ensure that you all are staying on track to complete your hours BEFORE or ON TIME! This is very important as the Program must meet all the guidelines and regulations of the State. If you are unsure with where you stand with your hours, please come see me. Immediately.

2. Timesheet Signatures: Please have your contracted site supervisor sign your timesheets even if your serving at another site during the summer months. For example, if you were a School 5 Member for the academic school year and serve at Great Falls Teen Center for the summer, please have Mr. Cope Sign your timesheet.

3. 4^th of JULY: NJCDC is closed during the 4^th. Friday, the 5^th , we’ve given you the day OFF. However, those of you that would like to get hours, NJCDC will be OPEN.

4. SAVE THE DATE: AmeriCorps Graduation is: Thursday, August 8^th at 6pm. Everyone is REQUIRED TO ATTEND! Details to follow!

5. Lastly, I would like to formally let those of you know that may not have heard, I am very excited to remain a part of the NJCDC family, but in a different capacity as the Program Manager of AmeriCorps. It was a wonderful pleasure working and getting to know each and every one of you; I am truly honored to finish up the year with you all! So, let’s go out with a bang and enjoy it while doing so. Enjoy your Holiday!
