Director review

I am starting on New Vision's Director Review petition today.  Deadline for filing is March 4 (two weeks from now, on Friday).   That means my deadline for getting my draft to Matt Dowd is -- say Monday 2/28 (a week from now)?

Have you talked to John Duffy or looked for his articles?  About five years ago, I was in a conversation, he mentioned that he had a draft of an article about delegability, that delegability is a pervasive default.  I think he mentioned that his views tracked Anton Scalia's.  I don't remember any more than that about it (don't ask -- I don't remember any more than that).

Rick, I will get to the FOIA motion to dissolve stay -- middle of the week?

Ron, if you have a couple minutes to synch up -- any projection on timing for your "nondelegable duties of Director" article?  Do you have a draft I can learn from (or even do a review)?
