Please
note that amount due from the Association is Rs. 9 Lakhs towards Maintenance dues
of Residents who have registered their flats. These details were sent to the
Association on 31.08.2017 (mail attached herewith). Apart from the Maintenance
dues, STP and Water bills for Sept 2017 and Water Bills for Aug 2017 amounting
to Rs. 3,88,195/ (Reminder mail being sent on 31.10.2017-attached herewith )
are still due. These bills have been sent on regular monthly basis by Speed
Post and by email.

and STP Bills for Oct 2017 are being sent today (08.11.2017) by speed Post and
email

Amount Due from Smondo 2 Association to Patel Engineering as of today is as

Hi Ganesh,
Please note that the association is not aware of any 19
lakhs due to Patel from association. We have received no notice or intimation
regarding the same. Neither are any invoices raised.
Please appraise us as to how Patel Realty can have
receivables from Smondo 2 Association? The only services we avail from Patel
are the water supply and STP, both of which are paid by association duly. If
any thing it is Patel who is having dues on the association for payment of
maintenance for the unregistered flats which are still under the ownership of
Patel reality.

I have already given plenty of reminders to Patel
Realty requesting for this refund and still there is no response from Patel
, as promised subsequent to the memorandum of understanding that Patel
had with the Smondo 2 association working committee.
My wife , Pramila who is co-owner had recently
talked to Sreelekha of Patel Realty enquiring about this, and
in the conversation Sreelekha had informed Pramila that the reason the
refund is being delayed is that Patel is still short of 19Lacs receivable from
association. Why is Patel Realty linking the refund of
excess amount paid by me to amounts receivable from association while on
the other hand the association has stated to the community that they have
nothing to do with the refund.
Why is the Smondo 2 association not paying the
19Lacs due to Patel Realty as has been claimed by Sreelekha who
represents Patel realty? Kindly make matters clear to all the
stake holders by replying to this mail.
What is this understanding between working committee members
of Smondo 2 association and Patel Realty that has gone sour and in the
process myself and the rest of around 54 members have paid in excess
and are not getting the refund due.
Kindly note that this is pure harassment of members
who have paid in excess and the refund is therefore due with interest
applicable from the date of signing the MoU with association.
Patel Realty should kindly refund the amount immediately
and Patel Realty may kindly reply to this mail and
reveal to the community what is this understanding and/or transactions
that have taken place between Patel Realty and working committee of
Smondo 2 association which has led to Patel Realty delaying refund of payments
due to excess amounts paid by around 54 members .
