Dear Srilekha,

I had a call with you a few minutes back wherein you intimated me that you are still waiting for a meeting with association and that is the reason why the refund process for excess amount paid by me has not been initiated.
I understand that some action from association is expected before Patel may initiate the refund process and only association and nothing else is involved in this matter.
If my understanding is wrong,  kindly explain to me the reason for the delay in refunding the excess amount.

As discussed,  kindly let me know what specific action from the association is Patel Realty waiting for before the refund process can be initiated.

I have copied this mail to association incase the association members would like to comment on the same.

I agree with Ganesh and others that no action has been initiated by Patel to return the excess payment by some of us.
Neither an email with some information and a time frame has been send.
Do let us know how Patel neotown management is planning to return the excess Money collected?

In trailing mail, the association has stated that the refund process has nothing to do with the association ....... then why is Patel linking this refund commitment with meeting pending with association.
Kindly explain the reasons for the same.
