VRFS says engineer will come and check. It’s been more than 5 days since one lift wasn’t working. Now the 2nd lift too has stopped.

Lift car is getting stuck while going down or up near 9 to 10 th floor.... I have taken video but due to size not able to attach 

There is a big vibration while crossing the 9-10th floor and though I have kept for going up to 12 floor it is stopping at 10th floor.. Halt with vibration and then going to ground floor and then again going to 12 th floor but again stuck at 10th floor but lastly reached 12th floor.

It is risky and can cause accidents. 

There is problem in lift logic and also the fitting at 9-10 th floor. Request you to please get this fixed

This is the problem I am raising since long but still not fixed. I am facing almost every time but today had a head on accident while in the lift so please before it becomes major issue please fix this

Please understand this lift is not working or not in operation again and again.... It looks to be true that either motherboard is malfunction or software or sensors at certain floors. 

I again request you to please get it checked completely and get it working. 

There was no action or outcome of last specialized meeting, since all parties didn't come together at the same time at E block lift room or collective inspection is still not done.

Please get them share there outcome and report and let them fix to work for long. Please refrain from quick work around.

1. E block lift not working then what is the pain experiencing by using staircase. Take self experience

We have done project tracking for you in past and no worries to do now 

Please let us know and meet us for sure the sooner the better

just to keep you informed that since yesterday night E block lift is not working and since morning it is very unreliable spoken to Marvel Kumar and our maintenance team.... Please discuss and get to the root and get it fixed and also get E block 2nd lift installed at the earliest.... Or else it really Painful climbing up and down using stairs.... Hope you will not prefer doing this
