Each owner would have received 3 invoices SMS messages. These are : 

1. Apr maintenance 

2. May maintenance

3. June maintenance 



The split of each invoice is  :

3.4 RS/sqft for maintenance 

1.0 RS/sqft for corpus

Imp note: There has been NO increase in the Maintenance charges (3.4 Rs/sqft for Maintenance + 1.0 Rs/sqft for Corpus). You can take the avg of last 4 quarters you have paid and it will come to the same number.  The reason why we are seeing a difference is that since we all paid a bulk amount initially last year in Apr/May, that amount was getting adjusted automatically as corpus and thus the subsequent invoices you received were less.
