When we go to school and what we teach our kids is honesty. Can you really face your kids and say you are being honest. You are as most an opportunist who just wants to get things done whichever way using hook or crook. Bribe. Throwing rules and regulations and breaking law. 

Does this come through ignorance or just plain greed to get your things done for which you can bend down to anything and anyone. Some of us however, come from families whose parents and grandparents have been freedom fighters and fought for a larger cause with honesty and not cowed by taunts, threats or coercion. Instead of lecturing us about community and service ask yourself about what kind of precedent and service are you doing by bribing and doing things throwing  rules to wind.You have a right to get khata from the builder. We were willing to be a party to that The builder and assocn have played a fast one on you and you are willing to ride the tide so long you get your Khata, the rest be damned.

Probably you are scared about not getting a Khata etc if you don't fall in line, and have more issues. Highlighting what is wrong is not wrong. Doing wrong is despicable.

You are absolutely correct about my anger but totally wrong about my intent.

The intent of my words is not to hurt anyone  but to bring awareness to members of the group about the wrong doings by Krishna of the association.

If you are really so concerned about me or the welfare of the group,  why don't you stop this condescending and judgmental attitude and give pointwise answers to the questions that I have raised?

It seems you have not understood,  but since you have taken the trouble to reply,  I am writing these questions again below.  Please read it.

a)  If association was willing to let owners get things done their own way then there would be no need for anyone including me to write this mail.  

     Why is association stating that GRAM PANCHAYAT has been directed not to accept applications from people who have not got NOC from association.

b) What right does association have to monopolise the eKhatha process and not allow those who want to get it done directly from GRAM PANCHAYAT

b)  Why is association sending mails from unmanned mailbox and bcc to all owners and thereby not allowing owners to express their views

c)  Why is there hype being created about extra security in a matter involving ownership rights to property documents and in a function held within association ,  and where all participants of the function are the owners and residents themselves.?

d)  Most importantly,  what right do you have to prevent me from sharing my thoughts to the group?

If you want to reply kindly give pointwise answers to my questions above rather than be condescending and judgmental and try to divert the attention of the group from the real situation.

I see lot of anger and rage in your words and language and its certainly hurting you more then anybody else. I keep seeing such emails from you on and off and mostly negative. There is other side of truth if you wish to look at that side. 

suggest you spend your time and energy on things which bring some positive change in your life or people reading your email. this kind of emails not adding any value to anybody and mostly being ignored or at the most creating not so positive image about you. 

you are a part of Smondo 2 family and it would be great if you leave aside your personal grudges against few of them and be a part of larger collective. 

There are two types of people 1 who take on things head on and bring some change and other side who will sit outside and criticize. you chose which is more productive for you. 

whatever you are doing is certainly not helping at all.

.......... is the association now hiring bouncers to get owners to come their way ?   From where are the funds for these bouncers coming from ?  Are they coming from maintenance funds?

MOST IMPORTANTLY ...........  THIS MAIL IS JUST TO CREATE A HYPE AND FEAR AMONG RESIDENTS FORCING THEM TO TAKE eKHATHA THROUGH THE ASSOCIATION ,  WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND TOTALLY LACKS INTEGRITY AND IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FUNDS CONTRIBUTED BY INNOCENT OWNERS.
