Why is Patel now linking the refund of those who paid excess amount with the maintenance due amount yet to be received from others.

I thought there was an elaborate understanding with minutes of meeting made between association and Patel Realty.

Please arrange to return the excess amount collected immediately and do not link this refund payment with the pending collections.

Kindly let me know when and whom I should collect the refund cheque from.

Could you let us know how the refund would be processed.

Can we collect the refund cheque from site office,  and by what date we can collect the same and from whom.
