Please note that amount due from the Association is Rs. 9 Lakhs towards Maintenance dues of Residents who have registered their flats. These details were sent to the Association on 31.08.2017 (mail attached herewith). Apart from the Maintenance dues, STP and Water bills for Sept 2017 and Water Bills for Aug 2017 amounting to Rs. 3,88,195/ (Reminder mail being sent on 31.10.2017-attached herewith ) are still due. These bills have been sent on regular monthly basis by Speed Post and by email.
Water and STP Bills for Oct 2017 are being sent today (08.11.2017) by speed Post and email
Total Amount Due from Smondo 2 Association to Patel Engineering as of today is as below:
1) Maintenance Dues : 8,93,090/-
2) STP and Water Bills for Aug and Sept 2017: 3,88,198/-
3) STP and Water Bill for Oct 2017: 2,27,239/-

Please appraise us as to how Patel Realty can have receivables from Smondo 2 Association? The only services we avail from Patel are the water supply and STP, both of which are paid by association duly. If any thing it is Patel who is having dues on the association for payment of maintenance for the unregistered flats which are still under the ownership of Patel reality.

We are unable to pump the sewage water to STP from Smondo2. Our sewage tanks are already full. Please arrange to empty the tanks at Smondo3 so that we can pump in from Smondo2.

Subject: Smondo 2 Maintenance Dues
Dear Members of Smondo 2 Association ,
Herewith find attached the updated Maintenance Dues from Smondo 2 Residents.
As per meeting held on 28th May, 2017 since the due date for payment of Maintenance has expired, these residents are liable to pay at the rate of Rs. 4.45 per square feet per month.
Please do the needful to expedite payment.
