7. 90% of the issues listed from 2015 are still open and nothing has been done. This is really worrying. Specially e-khata/oc and basement car parking.
8. What of the property tax? I have no idea how much should I pay and to whom and how. I've paid this just once, which is at the time of registration.
9. And lastly, the maintenance rate is abnormally high. Is anything being done about this?
