Update Beta3

OK lots of changes. So might as well call it Beta3

Lots of GUI tweaks. Auto Highlighting (to python), Stop the "File not
saved" etc.

I must make sure the user update display stuff is correct. as its very
important to the internal workings. I think the problem is that as the
user types, it changes the offsets, and it gets confused.

Files are updated and ready for testing =]

Also:

Python Outline is hosted here too, as there was a small bug that
stopped it working correctly with Patchwork Editor.

UNDO REDO support! yay!

User display code has been (hopefully) corrected! It seems to work
fine now but i haven't tested it with two people editing at once.
