My registration process derailed

I have an issue with my registration. My activation mail got lost. Or something. I believe there was an error when I registered and now my email is taken. I've tried using the forgot password functionality but I still get nothing in my inbox. Not sure what to do to fix it. Just wait? I've waited at least an hour by now.
